12 km from Evry, in the heart of the village, with all shops, in an old farm, this gîte is located on the middle floor, shared access with gîte 910024. Old building completely renovated. A living room opening onto a kitchen area, bathroom (washing machine) with a large shower area. WC. Upstairs 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and a mezzanine (1 single bed). Wi-Fi. Private enclosed garden, garden furniture. Closed parking. Baby bed on request. In the village fishing ponds. Nearby: GR11C and PR trail. Mid-week rental (Monday to Friday) and weekend possible with owners' agreement. Heating package extra from October to April: €90/week. Tourist tax extra. Sheets and towels included. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning. Additional deposit of €50 for the gate beep.
