12 km from Evry. In the heart of the village with all shops, this detached gîte is located on a farm close to 2 other gites. Authentic house that has been renovated. On the ground floor: an entrance hall, a large living room with lounge area, a kitchen, and a WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, a bathroom and a WC. Gas central heating. Rent of sheets 25€/bed. Open garden, terrace, set of garden furniture, barbecue. Cot on request. Tourist tax: 0.88€/night/person. Nearby:GR 11C and PR footpaths.Fishing ponds in the village. Possibility to rent for a weekend in agreement with the owners. Wifi.
