In the Junee valley, in a wooded 19th century property, this gite close to the owners' house benefits from a green and quiet environment. Ground floor: living room with fireplace open to the kitchen (oven, microwave), 1 bedr. (1 double bed), 1 shower room + WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), bathroom, laundry room (tumble dryer), WC. Enclosed garden, enclosed pking, bbq, terrace. Cot on request. Central heating package €35/week from 01/10 to 30/04. Beds made on request (10€/pers., 40€ for 5 beds). Tourist tax extra. Animal 25€/week. + €100 deposit + end of stay cleaning (€72) compulsory. .Near GR111. Domain of Méréville, karting.
