In the Juine valley, within a 19th century wooded property, this gîte close to the owners' house benefits from a green & calm environment. Ground floor: living room with insert opening onto the kitchen (oven, microwave), 1 bedroom. (1 double bed), 1 shower room + WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds), bathroom, laundry room (dryer), WC. Enclosed garden, enclosed parking, barbecue, terrace. Baby bed on request. Central heating package €40/week from 01/10 to 30/04. Beds made on request (11 €/pers., 45 € for 5 beds). Tourist tax extra. Pet 25€/week. + deposit of €100 + end-of-stay cleaning (€72) obligatory. .Nearby GR111. Domaine de Méréville, karting. Compostela, cressonnières, aerodrome, Vélorail.
