7 km from Etampes, comfortable cottage, quiet, close to owners. On the Groundfloor: vast living room with TV and double sofa bed, equipped open kitchen, dining room. Bathroom, shower, independent WC. Room with 2 single beds of 90 (possibility to be joined). 2nd bedroom in the basement with window and open view, shower and toilet. Tumble dryer. Garden furniture, open plot, barbecue on request, private parking. Beds made on arrival. Electric heating with extra. Non smoking cottage.
