Town house located in the center of Brétigny, 8 mins walk from the train station (RER C). The "Bréty City" gîte is an old restored barn of 107m2 which can accommodate 5 people, with 1 parking space for a light vehicle. On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen opening onto a large living-dining room, pellet stove, small terrace and laundry room. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: TOKYO= 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), ARCACHON= 1 bedroom (2 90x190 beds), PARIS= 1 parental suite (1 90x190 bed and 1 90X200 bed, walk-in dressing room) , 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
