Charming house located near the castle, ideal location at 3 minutes with direct access to N20 / A6 / A10 / N104 roads. Close to all amenities, train station (RER C), bus to RER B and TGV station at 9 km, Paris 19 km, Versailles 27 km. Ground floor: full-equipped kitchen, living room of 40 m², terrace access, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200, shower room, dressing room). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200 each), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90x200), bathroom, WC, dressing room. In the basement: equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer,fridge Freezer). Enclosed garden, barbecue, ping-pong table ... Car park. Price 4 consecutive weeks: 2300 €.
