On the lower floor: wc, bathroom and 1 bedroom for 3/4 (two single beds that can be combined and 1 single bed convertible into a double). Garden sported in terraces with henhouse. Eggs and organic wine offered weekly. Garden furniture, barbecue, car park at 20 m. 2 hiking trails with guide available in the cottage. Etampes station 10 minutes away (RER and TER).
