Très beau produit (fonctionnel, bien équipé et coquet), accueil chaleureux, quartier agréable (même si en Ile de France) mais rapport qualité prix moyen car un peu cher pour le secteur

The gite "Les Lauriers" is located 25 km from Paris, in a residential area. Spacious, quiet and bright cottage. On the ground floor: Living room with fireplace. A small bedroom with 2 single beds, view of the garden, adjoining bathroom. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with a single bed, a 140 cm bed and a 160 cm bed respectively. A bathroom, washing machine and dryer. Optical fiber. 2 terraces (north and south). Price for 4 consecutive weeks: 2 600 €. 800 m from Sénart forest and Yerres train station (RER D / 30 min from Paris by train), Caillebotte park and property 2 km away.
